Magnolia Belles Orientation – June 7

CHPT invites all young ladies in grades 9-12 (including incoming freshmen) who attend Columbus High School or live within the Columbus ISD boundaries and are enrolled in a recognized educational program to attend the Magnolia Belle Orientation at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at the Stafford Opera House. Participants will learn the history of the program, the requirements to be a Magnolia Belle, as well as important pieces of Columbus’ history. Scholarship opportunities available for Magnolia Belles will also be discussed. Parents are welcome to attend. To register to attend, email jhvenglar2002@yahoo.com. Santa’s Summer Vacation – July 26

Ho Ho Ho… It’s Christmas in July! Kick off the holiday season early at Santa’s Summer Vacation!

Saturday, July 26 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. at Hound Song Brewing Co. (535 Walnut St.)

Slip into your brightest Hawaiian shirt and join the fun! Enter our Hawaiian Shirt Contest — open to all ages with prizes for Adult, Child, and Infant categories. Want to help choose the winners? Purchase a ticket to cast your vote — all proceeds go to support the Santa Claus Museum. Entry into contest is $5 and voting tickets are $1 each.

• Grab a cold brew and tasty bites from Hound Song Brewing.
• Let the kids decorate cookies and dive into festive coloring fun.
• Shop early from a lineup of local vendors — perfect for knocking things off your holiday gift list.
• Snap a summer selfie with Santa himself and whisper your Christmas wishes in his ear — it’s never too early to get on the nice list!

Admission is free, and everyone is welcome. Let’s make it a holly jolly summer celebration!
