SUMMARY:Have Yourself a Tasty Little Holiday Online Auction
DESCRIPTION:CHPT is hosting the 2nd Annual Have Yourself a Tasty Little Holiday online auction to raise funds for the Stafford Opera House “Repair and Restore Project”. Previous online auctions generated funds to repair the Grand Hall\, including repainting the inside walls\, repairing damaged sheetrock\, replastering walls\, and fixing the leaking roof. Money raised from this year’s online auction will be directed to repairing the exterior of the Opera House. Specific repairs needed include replacing the wood at the staircase entrance\, repairing the aging awning\, and repairing the millwork. \nApproximately 35 items will be up for auction\, including one-of-a-kind dining experiences\, delicious homemade goodies\, and a 2-night stay at the historical Zelesky House in Fayetteville. CHPT is hoping to raise $10\,000 to begin the needed repairs on the Opera House. Bidding will open at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday\, November 9\, and will close at 8:00 p.m. on Sunday\, November 13.
